Standout includes a choice of two enhanced features from the list below. Third-party integrations are subject to compatibility and reasonable implementation; more complex integrations may need a separate quote.

Hosting-only includes website hosting and SSL/HTTPS. It doesn't include ongoing website management, monitoring, managed backups/recovery, technical support or content updates.
Your domain stays yours and is paid for separately. We can help connect it.
Website Support is £29/month, with the first month free.
It starts when your website goes live, or from the date you choose to add it later. There’s no automatic sign-up and no surprise charges.
A 50% deposit secures your project and start date. Work begins once the deposit is paid. Once work has started, the deposit is non-refundable.
Nothing else is due during the build unless otherwise agreed.
The remaining 50% is due once your website and included revision rounds are complete, and must be paid before launch.
Anything outside the agreed scope is discussed and priced with you first.

It’s also worth looking beyond the initial build price. Hosting, your domain name, optional extras and any ongoing support can all affect the total cost over time.

For a typical sole trader business such as a gardener, mobile hairdresser or party planner, our Launch package at £549 will usually be the best option.

Most Sidewinds websites will take around 2–5 weeks to design and build, depending on the size of the project, what the website needs to do and how quickly we receive things like content and feedback.
Before you make any payment, we’ll give you a realistic timescale for your specific project so you know what to expect from the start.
We’ll need to understand your business, your customers and what you want the website to achieve. If you already have things like a logo, photographs, wording, an existing website or a domain name, we’ll ask about those too.
Don’t worry if you’re not sure whether you have everything you need straight away — we’ll talk you through it and make it clear what we need from you.
Absolutely. Tidying up and improving the wording you provide is included in every package, and full copywriting is available from £75 per page if you’d rather we write the content for you.
Signature includes one page of full copywriting and Standout includes up to three. We can also source licensed stock photography where you don’t already have suitable images, with an allowance included in every package.
Yes. Every Sidewinds website is designed to work properly across all common mobile, tablet and desktop screen sizes as standard — it isn’t an optional extra.
We test the website across different screen sizes before it goes live to make sure it remains easy to read, navigate and use.
Your first 12 months of hosting are included with every website package.
If you’d like ongoing help from launch, you can also choose Website Support for £29 per month, with the first month free. That includes hosting, routine maintenance and monitoring, managed backups and recovery support, technical support, and up to 30 minutes of small content updates each month.
